AARGH! My memory card failed and all my scores are GONE! Naturally, I have started over and have new personal bests to report:
Spring Valley 1: 77,750
Frozen Bell 2: 271,160
Frozen Bell Total: 1,115,680
Puffy: 103 seconds
And perhaps most exciting (for me, anyways) is that I have finally created a King Pian! He has built an awesome castle in my Mystic Forest.
Pics, as always, on my webpage.

Congrats on getting the King Pian! I have yet to get one. And too bad about your memory card! I'm dreading the day that happens to me. Your FBT score had me scared...lol...the description on your site says 1,155,680.

Oops... how embarrasing. All fixed now.
Charlie, check your PMs. I sent you one a few weeks ago but I forgot that Scoreattack does not notify of new PMs.

The King? To be honest I just used Malan's strategies - got one in 13 nights.
New scores:
Splash Garden 3: 107,410
Mystic Forest 4: 52,860

Yes - I posted a short write-up in the Bosses section.
PS, it's nice to see you back on Scoreattack!

Question: What did you do differently to top that MF Mare 1 score off at 114k? My best link of 394 grabbed me about 113500... did you have extra time to do more of the incomplete lap at the end, grabbing the stars, perhaps? Fill me in!
Regards, blackrabite

You know Ben, I'm not sure. To be honest I don't know how you got a 394 link, I've never broken 300. I'm not doing anything special, just flying around and trying to maintain the link. It's when I get around the 300 link mark that the score is around 114k or more (I've stopped posting high scores as sadly, the site does not seem to be updated anymore).

Hey Pete, for what it's worth I hope you keep submitting scores, or at least keeping us up to date on any big achievements. It's great to know that people are still playing and it pushes me to play more when I know there's healthy competition going on. Take care man.

It's nice to have one overbearing score site, even if it is slow on updates. What else do we have, you know? I think I still see tabitha on AIM when I log in every now and again. I'll see if he would have any interest in a) updating the site or b) passing admin rights to another person. Who that would be, I don't know. I actually don't have much experience building webpages like you two do - I've checked out both of your websites... cool stuff!
Of course, if people want a score community to flourish, they have to keep submitting scores. I admit, I go on and off myself; My last hiatus was, what, like a year? But it would help to have more than just us three right now. Maybe we should impose on the forums at www.nightsintodreams.com and get some of those fans to come post scores. Although TRiPPY links to this website, it isn't exactly publicized, you know?
All I know is that I really don't want to see this wonderful score compendium fall into disrepair. It's the only public resource we have to publish our achievements to, and they really are special. I mean, hell, who else here was excited as I was when the first Japanese score fell? We kick ass. We gotta let people notice, and we need to get other people to join in the fun. Even lower-scoring players can easily find competition amongst themselves, and it's this competition which drives everyone to keep reaching for higher scores, hopefully having lots of fun on the way!
I suppose this doesn't really have much to do with your score thread, Peter, so maybe we can get this moved to a thread of its own later.
Sincerely, Ben
