Technical requirements for google video

I tried uploading one of the videos, as is for google video but had it rejected due "technical reasons" which can be seen here

Here are the prefered video and audio specs

I am not exactly sure how our vids contravene this, anyone have any ideas?

Try uploading another video maybe - I can't see anything wrong with the
format or compression or anything (at least with the one I checked, I
assume they're all compressed in the same way?).
If you get no luck, maybe try getting in touch with support, though I dunno how likely that'll be...
