I'm always impressed by your scores for Twin Seeds. That dream is going to get maxed out eventually, though I guess it's tough to put a finger on the ideal score since star-linking has some variation to it. Of course, how you do the milking is very important. If you want to get a really high score on one course, you would effectively have to sacrifice twenty seconds for the next one, which would lower your score as a result of having to rush. Balance is important, and that's what I think I'll work on today.  I imagine I can top it, thanks, but that's also a given if no one else plays Twin Seeds. I wonder why it's so ignored?    Report

You don't drill the same lap over and over again before moving on to the next, so the later Mares are tough to get the hang of. I love the Dream, I love the music, and I love the visuals. I just lack the dedication. In any case, I'm glad there are people such as yourself who can really rock the socks off of Claris / Elliot in Twin Seeds. Speaking of which, who do you tend to use when playing this dream? I go with Claris, since all my other scores with her are notably higher than Elliot's. Also, Elliot's outfit is goofy. Multiple Dreamies,  tricks in Soft Museum, and all that kinda throw me off. So, since Twin Seeds was about as simple as it got, I picked it up. I really wanted to do Soft Museum though. I always use Claris. For some reason, when I play as Elliot, I lose 20,000 points. So Claris, always.    Report

That was the first time I saw the star milking in action and it makes a lot more sense to me now. I think my score is about half yours right now! I'm not really sure why I've ignored Twin Seeds all of this time. Maybe it has to do with the different format of only doing 1 lap per mare and having a fixed amount of time to complete the whole dream. Maybe it just has to do with the fact I'm procrastinating and haven't gotten around to it yet. I'm not really sure. I think if I just start playing it I'll get hooked and won't be able to stop.    Report
