As requested, I'ma post my strategy for Twin Seeds, but instead of just one Mare or two, I'm gonna go ahead and give you a run through of my way a doing things.
Mare 1: I'm guessing by the fact that the numbers are there on the top in the beginning, and from other Dreams, the time bonus is already going down the second you land. You can get off the blue blob thing in a quickly by just jumping once. Start flying, and after collecting the items and the Link Ball and going above or below the Capture, circle around the mass of items, around the inside, as to collect the items all around you. Remember, in this Mare there are only 20 Blue Chips; Don't miss any of them. After that, you'll come to a major Link Breaker. Those little dash things with the stars. Come in on them from a slight angle from above. Collect the Chips and Stars going up and down, and be sure to pop some balloons.
Mare 2: Whoo, this one's a bit of a tuffy sometimes, with Star Milking. You'll want to do this as much as you can, so instead of going through all those Hoops in the beginning of the Mare, just fly through a few. Fly up through the Hoops after the Ideya Capture and hitting that Star Switch and get yourself lined up with the middle of the Spiked Hoops and dash right through! Don't stop, or you'll lose five seconds. Hit the other switch, {I forget if it's before or after the Spiked Hoops} and collect the Link Ball and items. Go in a loop fashion around the items, and go to up the bubble with the Hoops. Dash into it from above at a slight angle as to hit it to the Star Switch. Hit that, and collect the Stars as you go through the Hoops. Turn around or go through the course again to hit the switches on the way again, and start Star Milking. Do that until about 65 seconds. Then, rush to the switch behind the Capture, hit it, and continue to the next Mare.
Mare 3: Get the stars from the switch you just hit on mare 2, hit the next switch and collect those stars to link with the rest of the course for great justice. Go through normally, until you reach the second set of balloons. Pop them and collect the blue chips, and just turn around before the hoops. If you're doing it right, you'll end with a score of around 20K give or take 1,000 points, and around 22 seconds left. Mare 4: Get moving! Dash from the Capture from Mare 3, and go into the boost things and pop a few balloons, but don't go out of your way to. Get the Chips, and go up the "tube" of Hoops. Go around in a circle until you reach the other "tube" and dash down, lest you be claimed by a balloon and run out of time. Then, make your way to the Capture.
Wizeman: Claim the life of Wizeman with 65 seconds or more. It is possible with little to no dash. Usually, if your playing as Claris, just stay low for the meteors after the first shot. For floating rocks, start low then rise steadily to avoid the rocks. Giant snow balls suck, and are nearly unpredictable. Dash through the center of the tornado hourglass things. You should have around 68-69 seconds left.

TS1 - Well is the max link 75/6? That suggests that the mare cant go much higher than its already been taken...
I find that one of the chips in the big group is always difficult (i think its top right-ish) - you seem to need to fly through it more directly than the others, they all seem to just draw into you.
Also, do ballons give you pts here? I know that in TS4 they give out chips...
I think the trick with the bumper and stars 'link-breaker' sectionis that you need to collect some stars sooner than others so that you keep the link going at the beginning and the end. Same with linking the two yellow ring sections just after that - fly through the rings but near the chips so they float towards and allow you to keep the link going.
TS2 - Is there an intrinsic difference in TS2/3 that makes star milking easier/better in one than the other? Whats your best link using the switches? Mines about 50 I think.
If you pause slightly after hitting the first switch, you can link the chip cage with them.
Also, if you angel down while hitting the hard bubble that generates rings, you can aim it towards the last star switch, to get a few more links (40+).
TS3 - Yeah, running backwards can say you time. As I prefer start milking in TS3 rather than TS2, I end up stopping about 55secs, flying forwards until the second lot of chips in a straight line then turning back.
TS4 - I think a link of over 50 is possible here - its all to do with the circle of ballons around the tower. If you can link everything around it (not to hard), then dashs through the ballons in a big circle, keeping the link going via the realsed chips.
Wizeman - yeah one of the few (Gillwing?) bosses that you can 2.0 without much/any dash

TS 1:
Yeah, I think that's about right. If I miss a chip, it's usually there.
The baloons, I believe, give you 30 points. I sometimes think they give out Stars, but I realise that I collected those two Stars just before.
TS2:
I'm going with Mare 2, because for some reason, the switches are usually done flashing by the time you come back down. I try to dash through the Stars, and come back on the speed left, go up, and hit the dash button for a second to go back down and hit the switch again.
TS3:
I always thought just to keep going backwards, but I see your point. The Link Ball give out what again? 1000 points?
The linking the baloons is what gets me. They seem to move up abrubtly at a certain point.

Yeah ur right about the ballons - 30pts each, and they give out a chip in TS4 - weird. Though I dont think you can make a strategy for bursting them in TS1 right? You would lose more pts for the time it took imo. TS4 is a different matter though - its tricky but you can definitely link all the way round.
TS2 - lol yeah it does feel amazingly easier to star milk than TS3... thanks for showing me the light - I used to dash TS2, then milk TS3 until 55secs, now I milk TS2 til 65 and its works great.
TS4 - are we talking about the same thing? I mean dashing through all the ballons that are just hanging and not moving at all, that are in a big circle around the tower. At the moment, this is my route - it takes about 20 secs is you dash all the way

Yeah, also, even if you could do it in a reasonable amount of time, it would "cut" your link.
TS4: Yeah. The only difference is I collect the chips first, go through the Hoops, up through the one with the baloons, pop the others around the tower, and come back down in the one with the Capture near it.

Yes, that's it. Yep. So, I'm trying to get some practice with that Mare 3 thing so I can Star Milk one more time on Mare 2.
