... Anyone have any suggestions? My few videos are really poor quality; everyone else's are much superior.
Remember I am mostly computer-stupid, so if you have a suggestion, please use small words :)

Well, other than a better camera, the best results are from a video capture card, which is basically either a pci internal card for a pc or a usb stick that has a rf video input or composite, so you can plug the saturn straight into a pc and play and record it on your monitor.
As the saturn only supported rf and scart (?) you could get a USB RF video capture stick - something like this. So instead of putting a TV aerial cable in the RF socket, you put the Saturn through it.
