(assuming it was Luigi) Well, I guess my next dream is Mystic Forest ~ The Possibility. For anyone interested I posted my 6 stunt ribbon strategy in the MF forum (video included). My potential for MF is now over 900k so I'll probably play it for a few more days and see if I can improve my scores. The 6 stunt ribbon strategy is the key to this dream. I figure you can probably hit close to 300K and a score of about a million if you can completely master all six stunt rings in MF.    Report

I do believe the JP score is possible using the special stunt mode, but it will require a lot of 6-spin stunts and they are really tough to pull off. All I need is a few more spins, probably about 10, and I should be able to match the score, so I'm gonna keep playing this weekend and see how I do. Edit: Just realized that a score of 1 million is still 32,000 short of the JP record (1,032,540) so this is actually gonna be a bit harder than 10 more spins. Great scores, very fun to watch!  You got robbed on that first mare.  As for the fourth, wouldn't you get much more if you cashed in your gems and then flew back to the pads and did your spins there to get the bonus points?  I always hated how far the Idyea capture was, but I think it might still prove to be a good plan if you went at it that way.  Anyway, great job.    Report

My potential is a bit higher (1,059,360) so maybe one day I'll come back to it for fun, but for now I'm moving on to something else, maybe Splash Garden. Improved all my scores... As for getting the ideya capture first, the bonus points don't actually count towards the spins so I think the best plan is to get into the museum and do stunts for as long as you can, which is why I leave the ideya capture till the end because it takes less time to get to the museum going forward, and you can actually get more points doing spins than getting the bonus for opening the ideya capture early.    Report

I really didn't expect to beat the JP score (660,640), but I stumbled upon a good method for the mare 3 stunt ribbons and got lucky putting it all together in one good run. I don't know if it was just the day or what but this dream was getting me so frustrated! LOL...I couldn't stop making mistakes, but I still ended up with a pretty good score.
