For the record, I think my explanation of that in the Twin Seeds thread was a bit wrong... I had a go at Twin Seeds earlier this week, and I found it very hard to link more than two waves of stars together consistently, so it might be that I wasn't actually doing that anyway. Linking two waves at a time isn't so bad though, and if you just keep doing them in twos you should get a 30 to 50 link each time; the basic rhythm I got into was:
1) Hit the switch.
2) Hover somewhere above the switch, waiting for the stars to star falling.
3) When the stars start coming down, fly down and hit the switch again.
4) Immediately fly to the right, collecting that first wave of stars.
5) The second wave should follow straight after them, so collect them too.
6) Dash back to the switch.
It's awkward to get the hang of, because when you go to hit the switch for the second wave you have to not be too quick, otherwise the switch won't have reset. It's possible to get up to the high 30,000s and even 40,000 once you get the knack of it, though...

Updated, nice improvements there Miles, you are now juuuuust shy of the 4th place spot on the total mares list.
Also I dont meant to be nit picky but if you have questions about
levels (and I do appreciate you didnt exactly ask this as a question
and I am as always most greatful to Lance for being informative and
helpful) but if you could try to keep discussions about levels and the
relavant forum it would be appreciated. Mainly because this is a
very useful bit of information but people looking for it probably
wouldnt be able to find it here where as they would find it in
the Twin seeds forum.
Sorry, I know that sounded really bitchy and it really isnt intended to be.

Congrats Miles, and I forsee you taking first place for overall boss times because I just can't get more than 107 on Reala. :> Did you find a specific trick for reaching 108 with him, or were you just performing the "normal" tactic (as shown in tabitha's vid) extremely fast? If it was a trick, an explanation in the boss forum would rock.
