Notebook Question

I'm going off to college soon and my sister said she would give me her notebook. I would mainly use it for graphic editing in photoshop and FLASH, low-poly 3d modeling/ animation, and I would play a few games on it (Half Life 2, Tomb Raider: Legend, The Sims 2).

I don't know much about the notebook, other than it has an AMD turion 64 X2 and a nvidia geforce go 6150 256MB. Do you think that it will be able to handle my needs?
